Nowadays climate change has become a reality. As a result, the focus has been on avoiding, mitigating and adjusting to expected adverse effects. In this study, we focus on Kecskemét, which is the largest city on the sand ridge between the Danube and Tisza rivers. The city is highly exposed to the negative effects of the climate change, that is why we investigated the elements of the environmental condition in the city. These elements have a significant role on the adaptation.hu
